Term of Competition

Team Composition:

  1. Teams can consist of 2-6 members (undergraduate students).
  2. Only registered students can participate as team members.
  3. Only one poster will be allowed to present per team

General Rules

  1. The theme of the poster must align with the theme of the contest.
  2. All parts of the competition will be conducted in English.
  3. All submissions must be the original work of the participant(s).
  4. Based on the author’s original research
  5. Plagiarism in any form will result in disqualification.
  6. Marks will be based on theme, creativity and scientific content
  7. The decision of the judges is final and binding

Poster Specifications

  1. Size: Posters should be A1
  2. Orientation: Portrait.
  3. Format: Digital submissions in PDF or high-resolution JPEG format.
  4. Poster content : Introduction, methodology, result & discussion, conclusion
  5. Each team must use the Poster template provided by the committee
  6. The file must be submitted through the online application form during registration
