Participants must be psychology students and/or university students from all academic backgrounds.
The competition is individual (not team-based).
Each participant may submit only one poem.
Submitted poems must be original, unpublished, and must not have been entered in any previous competition.
Poems must not contain elements of hate speech, pornography, discrimination, or content related to SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group issues).
Participants must comply with all competition regulations.
B. Poetry Submission Requirements
The theme of the poem is Mental Health, including but not limited to: • mental health awareness • self-love • burnout • depression • anxiety • recovery • mental health stigma • hope • self-acceptance
The poem may be written in free verse format.
Poems may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English using proper language.
Each poem must include a title.
Poems must not offend, demean, or negatively exploit any individual or group.
C. Technical Submission Requirements
The poem must be typed using the following format: • Font: Times New Roman • Font Size: 12 pt • Spacing: 1.5 • Paper Size: A4
Files must be submitted in PDF or DOCX format.
File name format: ParticipantName_PoemTitle
Submissions must be uploaded through the official registration link, Google Form, or email provided by the committee.
All submissions must be completed before the specified deadline.
Participants are also required to submit a poetry reading video through a YouTube link with public access.

Copyright of the submitted work remains with the author.
The committee reserves the right to publish submitted works for documentation and promotional purposes while still crediting the author.
