A. Competition Category

The competition is open to individual participants or teams consisting of undergraduate students.

B. Theme

“Mental Health Across Cultures: Integrating Science and Spirituality for a Better Future”

C. Scope of Topics

Submitted works should be relevant to one of the following areas of psychology:

  1. Industrial and Organizational Psychology
  2. Educational Psychology
  3. Developmental Psychology
  4. Social Psychology
  5. Clinical Psychology
  6. Islamic Psychology 

Participants are expected to align their presentation topics with the competition theme while maintaining a strong psychological perspective.

D. General Requirements

  1. Participants must be active undergraduate students in psychology from accredited universities.
  2. Each university may send participants either individually or in teams.
  3. Participants are required to follow the official social media account of the organizing committee to obtain the latest competition updates.
  4. Each submission must include the name of an academic supervisor or faculty advisor.
  5. The title and content of the presentation must correspond to the competition theme and scope.
  6. Each participant or team may submit only one entry.

E. Submission Requirements

Participants must submit a video presentation that communicates their scientific ideas clearly and concisely.

Presentation Content

The video presentation should include:

  • Title and brief introduction of the topic
  • Explanation of the main concept, research findings, or proposed innovation
  • Discussion of its relevance to psychological well-being
  • Concluding remarks

Technical Specifications

  • Duration: 5 –10 minutes

The presentation should demonstrate both scientific clarity and effective communication.

F. Competition Mechanism

  1. Participants must submit their work through the official submission form provided by the organizing committee.
  2. The file name must follow the following format:

PresenterName_UniversityName_TeamLeader

  1. Participants are encouraged to promote their work through social media platforms by sharing the presentation link, screenshots, or promotional content while tagging the official competition accounts and including the designated competition hashtags.

G. Rules and Regulations

  1. All submissions must represent original work created by the participants.
  2. Entries must comply with the technical and academic guidelines established by the organizing committee.
  3. All submissions must be completed before the specified deadline.
  4. Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification from the competition.

H. Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated by an international panel of judges based on the following criteria:

I. Plagiarism Policy

The organizing committee upholds strict standards of academic integrity.

  3. Submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection software.
  4. Works found to contain substantial plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction of previously published materials will be automatically disqualified.

J. Final Decision

All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. The organizing committee reserves the right to publish selected works for academic dissemination and promotional purposes while acknowledging the authorship of the participants.
