Term of Competition
Team Composition:
- Teams can consist of 2-6 members (undergraduate students).
- Only registered students can participate as team members.
- Only one poster will be allowed to present per team
General Rules
- The theme of the poster must align with the theme of the contest.
- All parts of the competition will be conducted in English.
- All submissions must be the original work of the participant(s).
- Based on the author’s original research
- Plagiarism in any form will result in disqualification.
- Marks will be based on theme, creativity and scientific content
- The decision of the judges is final and binding
Poster Specifications
- Size: Posters should be A1
- Orientation: Portrait.
- Format: Digital submissions in PDF or high-resolution JPEG format.
- Poster content : Introduction, methodology, result & discussion, conclusion
- Each team must use the Poster template provided by the committee
- The file must be submitted through the online application form during registration
